GOALS :

Cirebon Power is steam turbine power plant with 700 MW rated capacity. they have many large rotating machinery that the vibration need to monitored. The whole power plant consists of about 300 vibration sensor.

During overhaul, the user need to verify the vibration sensor condition to ensure that the vibration measurement still correct. The scope of the project is dismantling, verify and re-install the sensor. This project need to be executed in sync with another team (electric, mechanic, etc).

The vibration sensor need extra care to handle the manpower splitted in some group to carried out the dismantling, verification and reinstallation of the vibration sensor. Further coordination should be performed with another team to prevent a dispute during site work. The project executed properly and finish according to user timeline.
