The BANAWATI DCS HMI Platform could be monitored from CNOOC Jakarta Site Office via web browser and also stand alone application installed on an engineering laptop.

For this project, two servers provided with different purpose. A server located in local site (BANAWATI Platform) to act as OPC data server which provide realtime and historical database for SCADA system. We built a custom software as OPC Client to connect to existing system control and dump the data to database server. Another server located in site office to act as a web server which then connect to site office local network to enable remote monitoring via client web browser. A data query from jakarta office to BANAWATI performed through a web service which only transfer data that required to be shown in client web browser.
